PRIVACY POLICIES

Updated 11/12/25

Your experience at Hive Med Spa is important to us. Knowing what to expect can help your visit go smoothly, without any unwanted surprises.

Please take a moment to read the following information:

On Your First Visit

Please arrive 20 minutes early to allow extra time for check-in. Arriving late will simply limit the time for your consultation, reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your appointment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment will need to reschedule.

Late Policy

If you arrive later than scheduled, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests and will be charged at full value.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

If you don’t show for an appointment or cancel your appointment without notifying Hive Med Spa in a timely manner (24 hours prior), there may be a $25 Re-Booking fee that will become a credit applied to your rescheduled service. In the event of a second no-show or cancellation without proper notice, the $25 Booking Fee will reimburse Hive Med Spa for time lost.

Special Conditions

Please notify our Spa Consultant before scheduling your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.

Age Requirement

Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult. Laser hair removal and electrolysis cannot be done on anyone under the age of 14.

Quiet Environment

As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones must be turned off when entering the spa.

Visitors

We are unable to accommodate guests accompanying clients in the treatment area of the spa, including those complying with our age restriction policy. All non-clients must remain in the waiting lounge.

No mobile details or personally identifiable information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Clients’ Right To Know

We strive to exceed our clients’ needs. We believe that suggesting products best suited for them is as essential as the service we perform. Therefore, our client’s right to know policy advises each client on the products and techniques best suited to maximize the benefits of their service.
